-First, ensure you describe the organization’s culture (i.e., its characteristics), showing how the organization’s culture supports or doesn’t support its current and/or any potential (Table 5) strategies, likely to be recommended.

-Third, in creating a supportive organizational culture, you may need to change some of the firm’s values; if so, make sure that these changed values are reflected here and in any recommended change(s) in the firm’s values in Phase 1. Cite relevant evidence from prior analyses, including table or figure number, e.g., Table 4, Table 6, etc.)
